Saturday morning convened starting with a grand Eucharist service in the Convention hall, a little more balloting, and then the Bishop’s Annual Address by Bishop Breidenthal. Then came the discussion, debate, and voting on resolutions for the 2011 Diocesan budget, Constitutional and canonical changes and other resolutions brought before the Convention.
